Magazines
All of the following magazines I created as part of my job for Kentwood Real Estate. I did the layout and design of the Cover, Inside Cover, Back Cover & all Full Page Ads. In addition, I created most of The Vendor Ads to adhere to our design standards. All photos and text were provided by the real estate agents who were advertising.
The Gallery - August September 2011
For this issue I was given the task of re-designing the entire magazine from a horizontal to a vertical format because 90% of the luxury homes listed in this magazine had photography that was vertical versus horizontal. This included altering the sizes offered in the interior ads as well as re-designing all spreads. The cover for this edition featured Villa Quattre Viste. Mild Photoshop work done on the cover to enhance the overall contrast. The neighborhood highlight spread in this issue was Park Hill, a sold property spread was also added for this month. The interior of the magazine contained beautiful homes for potential buyers to browse though listings.
